National Check Retrieval LLC has made the process of enrolling in our service simple, fast and easy.
Below are the steps to getting started:
Contact us for an enrollment form and authorization form.
Once you have the forms, fill out (as noted), sign and return them to us along with a voided check.
Include any bad checks you have received over the last 5 months. We will process them for collection.
The checkwriter must be informed that an NSF processing fee will be charged. You will receive a sticker that must be displayed at point of purchase, or you can add verbiage to an agreement or billing statement which we will supply.
Once your account is set up, your bank will automatically send your NSF checks directly to us.
You will receive a report each month, via fax or E-mail, which includes the progress of checks being retrieved.
Funds on bad checks that are retrieved will be electronically deposited into your account.
Allow approximately one week for us to set up your account.
