Contact us for an enrollment form and authorization form or print from website.
Once you have the forms, fill out (as noted). sign and return them to us.
Include any bad checks you have received over the last 6 months. We will process them for collection.
Once your enrollment has been registered, you will receive a sticker that must be displayed at point of purchase. You can also add verbiage to an agreement or billing, which we will supply..
Once your account is set up, your bank will automatically send your NSF checks directly to us.
You will receive a report each month, via fax or E-mail, on your account statement, which includes the progress of checks being retrieved.
Funds on bad checks that are retrieved will be electronically deposited into your account. Allow about one week for us to set up your account.
