There are some checks that NCRLLC cannot process electronically and must be sent to a third party collection agency. Some checks are sent to third party collection for the following reasons:
·After NCRLLC has represented the check twice ·Checks over $2,500 ·Business Checks ·Closed accounts ·Stop payment ·Over 180 days old
Third party collection will send the check writer a letter, which is followed up by a phone call. Upon collection, 100% of the face amount of the check will be deposited into the clients, retailers, insurance companies, health providers, etc. account.
