		Electronic Processing of NSF Checks

REPORTS

When the client’s bank receives an NSF check, a copy of the check is forwarded onto NCRLLC for processing. The client’s bank is instructed not to re-present the check.

The client will receive notification of the NSF check by fax, E-mail or website. Copies of checks and status of the check process can be viewed on the website.


		AGREEMENTS

	The client signs the agreement form and the authorization form. The authorization form is sent onto the client’s bank. .


		100% Return

	When the check is collected upon, 100% of the face amount of the check is immediately transferred into the client’s bank account.



		All checks are processed but some may not be re-presented electronically and must be sent to a third party collection agency. These checks are sent to third party collection for the following reasons: ·After NCRLLC has represented the check twice ·Checks over $2,500 ·Business Checks ·Closed accounts ·Stop payment ·Over 180 days old Third party collection will send the check writer a letter, which is followed up by a phone call. Upon collection, 100% of the face amount of the check will be deposited into the clients bank account. This is a free service.
